Food supplement containing Melatonin and substances with antioxidant action.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of Melatonin.
Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports collagen formation for normal skin function.
Green tea promotes the drainage of body fluids and has a tonic and antioxidant action.
Method of use
One tablet in the evening, about 30-40 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water or other liquid to taste.
